Restore the Rainforest

"Ola! I’m Antonio the Anteater.

Obrigada - thank you to everyone who supported our recent AMAZING project and helped to protect the incredible rainforest in the heart of Peru.

Your kindness has protected and helped SO many of my friends, like the Puzzle Parrots, Word Jaguar and EVEN the Super Slow Sloth — yes even you snoozy pants.

By reducing deforestation, we have saved MILLIONS of tonnes of carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere, helped ALL the rainforest creatures stay in their homes and stopped illegal logging and mining from clearing large areas of the rainforest... WOW!!

SO Brazil nuts, I know it sounds crazy, but these nuts are such an important part of rainforest conservation. The Brazil nut ONLY grows on trees in these rainforests, so if these areas of rainforest are not protected so many people would lose their jobs and many families would struggle to survive."
