Make a Worry Box
You will need
- Shoe box
- Brown wrapping paper
- Scissors
- Paint
- Colour pens
Take a recycled shoe box with a lid

Wrap your box in recycled paper or paint it!

Cut a rectangle hole in the top of the lid

Decorate your box, draw arctic pictures and write ‘worry box’ on the top

When you feel worried, write your worry on a piece of paper and post it inside the box
